This service included a 15 minutes session. Unlimited soft tissue massage every other day, as you must wait 24 hours between massages. On any problem area that you need addressed. After your session, feel free to schedule your next appointment.

Deluxe Packet $ 39.99 per month

A 60 minutes session full body massage from the choices below by a licensed practitioner. Once a month, and received a $10 off your next visit of your member rate. Any problem areas are addressed as needed.

SIGNATURE massage

The classic European Swedish massage techniques of gentle manipulation of the muscles with the use of oils or lotion. Standard for all stress relief massages. Friction, gliding, stretching, lomi lomi strokes, lengthening and widening strokes are used, and you have the choice of light, medium or firm pressure. Used to improve circulation, ease muscle aches and tension, thus creates relaxation Mind, Body, Spirit.

SPORT massage

A session concentrating on the deeper muscles groups used in the athelic activities. More emphasis is placed upon kneading and deep circular movement in order to stimulate circulation and increase athletic performance. Also available for Special Events. PRE X and POST X.

DEEP TISSUE massage

Deep tissue massage is used to release chronic muscle tension through slower strokes and more direct pressure or friction.

Ultimate Elite Massage! Packet $59.99 per month

A 90 minute Full body massage of your choice: Signature Massage, Aromatherapy, Hot Sea Stone Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Deep Tissue, Sports. . Once a month, and received a $20 off your next visit of your member rate. Services will be customize to meet your requirements.
